One whole year!

Wow!! I can't believe that a whole year ago today, I went into the hospital and almost didn't make it out. This year has just flown by! I am so thankful, greatful, happy (and every other wonderful feeling you can feel) that I have been given a second chance to live my life to the fullest! It really goes to show you, that life can change in an instant, and that we need to make the best of what time we do have here. I have enjoyed my family so much, I absolutly love being a mom to my 3 awesome kids. And I have loved nothing more than to be a good wife to my husband. Torrey was so great during a time that was really hard for him to have to go through. I think that he had it worse than I did, he had to take care of everything, worry about the kids, worry about me, I honestly don't know how he did it. I know that a lot of you wonderful people gave him support, and a sholder to lean on when he needed it, and I will NEVER be able to thank you all for taking care of him! He is my rock, my soulmate, my everything and I love him with all of my heart and soul. I would be nowhere without him. Thankyou to everyone who supported my family while I was unable to, thankyou from the bottom of my heart! We are truly blessed to have such wonderful people in our lives. Don't ever forget to tell the people who have touched your life how much they mean to you. Tell the love of your life how much they really do mean to you and that you love them more and more each day. Hold your kids close, and hug them just a little longer, because it is really horrible when your unable to do so. Thankyou again to everyone who helped me and my family, you have all touched my life in such wonderful ways and I love you all for it. Here's to another year!!

The creepist doll ever!!!

The other day my girls decided to get into my makeup yet again, and give their doll and them a make over....I forgot to take pics of them, lets just say that they look extremly similar! And ill throw in some extra photos of me and the kids...

Update

Well hello, for once I'm on a computer and can post some pics of my cute family! First were all doing really good. Torrey's working out of town right now, which of course sucks badly, hes in St.George and we have been able to come down and stay with him for a week. Gentry's doing really good, Ive been doing the P90x work out and im proud to say I'm down 4 pant sizes and I am a total of 62 pounds from right before i went into the hospital (my heaviest) and for the first time in 8 years I weigh less than Torrey!! Its amazing! Bridger is great and so funny all the time, and such a great kid, hes awesome and such a great helper. Briley is so funny to, today she told me in the pool that she wanted a new name, when I asked what she wanted it to be, she told me John...yes she wants her name to be John! I don't know where they get it...hilarious. And Chasey, oh man, shes awesome, she is the stinkin funniest kid in the world. Her faces, her voice, the way she walks and runs. Just everything about that kid cracks me up. She is talking in sort of sentences, they make sense to me (i happen to speak fluently in baby jabber) and oh my heck shes funny! Anyway here are some pics of us...

Ok these next two need an introduction...so one day Chasey was being very quiet, and for those of you who have kids, you know that means bad news. Well this was no exception...I go into the living room and she is sittin with her side to me in between the couches, and I said hey Rooney (her nickname) what ya doin? And ever so slowly and very creepily I might add, she turns her head to me and this is what I see...





Yes that is red lipstick, she had my makeup bag out and was applying it as if there were no tomorrow! There is also black liquid eyeliner on her, which she knew to put on her eyes...she had a mirror out and was looking into it and everything...she had it everywhere, arms, hands, legs, feet...oh man what am I going to do with her? haha, kids are great, never a dull moment huh?

Down to one...

Sadly my friends, we are now down to one chicken. We have tried everything possible and nothing has worked. So sadly we took her over to a friends who has chickens of his own and there she will be safe untill we can bring her back home again...what a horrid week!

Well more sad news comes this day, sadly we have to have another funeral for 2 (yes I said 2) more chickens...another brown one and one that was named, daffy. Can I tell you how extremly heart broken my kids are. Now I hate cats as much as the next person, but if I happen to catch it...well I just better not finish what I was going to say...anyways, "another no name & daffy, 4/10/2010 - 6/17/2010"...sad day, sad day.

Ahhh...mothers day.

Can I say how much I love being a mommy! It is the most wonderful thing in the world. My kids are great and so funny. Briley told me the other day that I couldn't take her to school cause my hair wasn't done and I looked "homely". Haha Then I wanted to go on a field trip with her but I couldn't cause "I embarrass her". She is a stinker. Where do they learn it? Tonight I had to spend my evening in a hospital getting a tetanus shot! Yay! I stepped on a nail in the backyard and now my foot is so swollen I can't walk on it. So very awesome. Dang uncoordinated body!
At least I finally topped my very first one. Very first mothers day we went to shopko in spanish fork, and as we were walking in we heard a commotion and we got caught up in a pharmacy robbery in progress! I was able to run out with Bridger to the car and as I got out the man ran out with a gun and took off down the street, where he was apprehended by about 20 cops! That's one for the books!
